Dear Governor,
We hereby wish to inform you regarding an initiative of the Rotary Clubs of the city of Kavala who belong to the 2484 Rotarian District, to organize on 5 th of May 2012 an Interregional Assembly of Governors and representatives of their Clubs of our neighboring Regions, namely, 2484, 2470, 2482, 2483, 2420, 2430, 2440, 2450 Rotarian Districts that aims in:
-    The development of friendship and fellowship among its members.
-    The strengthening of cooperation among vocational Rotarian Colleagues through the creation of a professional directory (yearbook) that will embody professional status and personal information (first and last name, address, Email, etc) to be used as a point of reference and access for the approach of each Rotarian professional.
-    The development of the professional relationships between the Chambers of Commerce of the Countries that belong to the above mentioned Districts.
The above event is a fine idea of the Governor of the 2484 Rotarian District Nikos Kouzinoglou.
Therefore, it would be useful if you inform us immediately of your intention to attend the above mentioned event and please feel free to bring to our attention any suggestions you may have so as to assist us in the fine success of the Assembly.
It would be useful to contact with the representatives of your National Chambers of Commerce in order to inform them properly and let us know their intentions as regards our proposition for the creation of professional relationships between all the Countries (Districts) which will participate to the event.
In a period of time when citizens of our National Regions are challenged by crises, economic and social tensions, Rotary prevails through its concept and principles, reaches out to heal wounds created by adverse conditions and reinforces values such as friendship, brotherhood and understanding.
