Dear Governor

    I am the President of the Rotary Club of Ragusa, District 2110 Sicily and Malta.
    I am writing to let you that from 2th to the 9th of June 2012, my club is organizing the eighth edition of the “Rotarian Week of Hyblaean Baroque”.
    During the past editions we gave hospitality to about 600 members from every continent and we received unanimous appreciation and recognition for our initiative.
    The event is addressed to Rotarian members from all over the world and their families. Our purpose if to share with our Rotarian friends the architectural beauties, the culture and the traditions of the Hyblaean area. This is a non profit initiative.
    Any profits will be donated to the Rotary Foundation, while any losses will be charged to our club.
    I would be grateful, if you included information about this event in your district newsletter.
    We enclose a copy of the letter we will send to member containing further information about the event.
    If you think the contents of this message might not be suitable for the President or the members of your district, please let me know as soon as possible.

The eighth rotarian week of Ibla Baroque
Dear friend,
    We would like to invite you to attend the seventh Rotarian week held in Ragusa (South-eastern Sicily) on June 2th - 9th 2012. This event will take place again in Ragusa after the success of last year and will be hosted by the local Rotary Club. Aptly named the Rotarian week of Ibla Baroque, the event intends to introduce Rotary club members of the whole world to this beautiful part of Baroque Sicily, recognized by the UNESCO as  world heritage site.
    The program begins upon your arrival at Catania airport on Saturday 2 June, and ends  your departure from Catania, Saturday 9 June.

Bookings
Participation is limited to 120 persons. Reservations can be made prior to March 30th, 2012 or until complete, using the form published on the website site www.rotaryragusa.it. Airfare from your city to Catania airport is not included in the package; however discounted flight reservations are available from Herea Tours upon request.
    This initiative is not for profit and all proceeds will be donated to the Rotary Foundation. Instead losses will be charged to the host club.
    We will do our best to make your stay in Ragusa memorable. We hope to see you soon.
